To request a password reset, please enter all 8 digits of your Employee ID Number (payroll number) below and click the 'Search' button.

If you have a work or personal email address associated with your My Academy account, the system will automatically send a reset link message to you, so please check your inbox immediately after clicking 'Search'. NOTE:- The link will expire after 30 minutes.

If you do not have an email address associated with your My Academy account, then the reset message will come to the L&D team. If the request is deemed valid, we will send your 'temporary access code' to you via your Line Manager within 24 hours.
